There is way too much shaming out there in regards to health, weight, sugar, wheat, diets, trends.. etc... SOOO much info, so much crap news, all these trends I feel are so negative!
IN order to build yourself up, you may just need to eat one cookie...
and STOP bullying yourself for it.
Stop with the negative self talk.
Stop allowing crap thoughts to occupy valuable mental real estate in your mind and therefore bossing your emotions.
Eat the Cookie, then be done. You don't have to eat half the box, or a half dozen, but ONE!
And then be happy! It tasted so good... but too much of a yummy thing can turn yuk real fast. Then the tummy aches, and guilt, and self shaming... yes, i know that rabbit trail well.
So.. One and done. Then drink some water, make it fabuous with some fruit or favorite essential oils, or even better, have a protein shake.
Feel better now?
